YEREVAN, November 8. \/ARKA\/. Armenian Central Bank registered new branch of CJSC \u201cArmbusinessbank\u201d \u2013 \u201cNor Hachn\u201d. This decision was carried out by the Head of CB Armenia Artur Javadyan on November 4, 2010.<\/p>\n
CJSC \u201cArmbusinessbank\u201d(\u201cArminvestbank\u201d till August 26, 2006) was registered on December 10, 1991. In 2006 Ukrprombank (Kiev) obtained 35% participation in the capital of the bank, insurance union of Ukraine \u201cAlfa Garant\u201d – 35% and the company \u201cUnion of Chrystie Management\u201d – 30%.<\/p>\n
From the end of the third quarter of 2010, Chrystie Management bought 86.99% of shares of Armbusinessbank. 13.01% of the shares belongs to Ukrprombank which plans to sell the full packages of shares (13.01%) of the company Chrystie Management.<\/p>\n
The assets of the bank as of September 30 made 117.5 billion drams, liabilities \u2013 99.8 billion drams, total capital \u2013 17.8 billion drams with charter capital of 13.5 billion drams, credit investments \u2013 76.6 billion drams, liabilities to the clients \u2013 63.6 billion drams. Net income of the bank after payment of taxes in the first nine months of 2010 was about 1.7 billion drams.<\/p>\n
