The total amount of Armenian crediting organizations\u2019 liabilities contracted by 3.9% in the third quarter of 2010 to 53.8 billion Drams, according to a Central Bank of Armenia review on the performance of crediting organizations in the third quarter. Their liabilities to banks and other financial organizations fell by 7.8% to 29.2 billion Drams.<\/p>\n<p>The volume of time liabilities to individuals grew by 6.3% to 3.2 billion Drams, while the amount of liabilities to legal entities, including the liabilities to the government, grew by 0.3% to 18.8 billion Drams.<\/p>\n<p>The volume of call liabilities fell to 213.8 million Drams from 219.6 million Drams at the beginning of the quarter. Other liabilities of crediting organizations increased by 6% to 1.5 billion Drams. The volume of accrued interest dropped by 6.1% to 788.9 million Drams. There are 32 crediting organizations in Armenia now with 62 branches.
