According to CIS Statistical Committee, Armenian inflation rose by 7.9% year-on-year, while the average rate for CIS was 7%. It said consumer prices in Armenia rose by one percent in October from September.<\/p>\n<p>The highest inflation rate of 9.4% for Jan.- Oct. 2010 was posted by Ukraine. It was followed by Moldova \u20137.3%, Belarus \u20137.3% , Kazakhstan\u2013 7% and Russia -6,5%.
