Armenian Central Bank\u2019s Council has ruled today to register the Masis branch of Araratbank and Avan-1 branch of the Armenian Development Bank. The meeting was chaired by Central Bank governor Arthur Javadian.<\/p>\n<p>The Armenian Development Bank is owned by Ruben Hayrapetian (10%), Araik Mekhakian (16.95%) , and Grigor Termejian (16.03%). The remaining shares are held by minority shareholders.<\/p>\n<p>Ararat Bank is owned by Barsegh Beglarian (74.18%) and EBRD ( 25%+1).
