The bank said in a press release that \u2018due to an exclusive agreement with the Diner\u2019s Club Araratbank\u2019s network of ATMs and encashment points join Diner\u2019s Club\u2019s international networks.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>It said also Araratbank will service all holders of Diner\u2019s Club cards.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBy selecting Araratbank as its exclusive representative in Armenia Diner\u2019s Club has recognized its high level corporate policy and the quality of its services,\u2019 the press release said.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Cooperation with Diner\u2019s Club has become possible due to Araratbank\u2019s progress in improvement of its financial indicators, its policy of expanding the network of its branches, ATMs and encashment points as well as due to its high place in the area of services and operations by plastic cards,\u2019 the press release said.<\/p>\n<p>Araratbank, previously called Haykap Bank, was founded in 1991 and provides a full range of banking services to corporate, MSME and retail customers. The bank has established a reputation as a small but reliable and dynamically growing financial institution. EBRD holds 25% in Araratbank. The rest is held by Barsegh Beglarian, head of the biggest petrol importing company Flash.
