{"id":18204,"date":"2010-12-22T07:26:28","date_gmt":"2010-12-22T07:26:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2010\/12\/22\/232036\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T12:49:23","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T12:49:23","slug":"ameriabanks-2010-loan-portfolio-to-amount-to-amd-91-billion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2010\/12\/22\/18204\/","title":{"rendered":"Ameriabank\u2019s 2010 loan portfolio to amount to AMD 91 billion"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, December 21. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>Ameriabank CJSC intends to end this year with AMD 91-billion loan portfolio, Artak Hanesyan, director general and chairman of the bank\u2019s directorial board, said Tuesday at a news conference.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow the credit portfolio amounts to AMD 88 billion,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He said that some projects are already approved, and funds are being provided now.<\/p>\n<p>Answering the question ARKA News Agency correspondent put to him, Hanesyan said that corporate loans accounts for 80% of the bank\u2019s credit portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>The Ameriabank CJSC (former Armimpexbank) was founded in July 1992 using the facilities of the Armenian branch of the USSR Vnesheconombank (Foreign Economy Bank).<\/p>\n<p>On September 8, 1992, the bank received a banking license from the Central Bank of Armenia.<\/p>\n<p>In August 2007, TDA Holdings limited, affiliated with Troika Dialogue, Russia\u2019s leading investment company, purchased the bank\u2019s shares.
