YEREVAN, January 31. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>Volume of foreign trade turnover increased by 18.9% making 1786.1 billion drams or about $4794.3 million versus 2009, Armenian National Statistic Service informed.<\/p>\n

In 2010 volume of export was $1011.4 million increased by 42.4%, import – $3782.9 million increased by 13.9% in current prices.<\/p>\n

In its result negative balance of foreign trade turnover made $2771.5 million and $2725.1 \u2013 without cargo received as humanitarian aid.<\/p>\n

More important export articles were introduced in the following group of goods: \u201cmining industry\u201d – $276.5 million (increase by 89.9% versus 2009), \u201cnon-precious metals and goods\u201d – $332.4 million (increase by 43.8%), \u201cprecious and semi-precious stones, precious metals and goods\u201d \u2013 $134.1 million (increase by 27.6%), \u201cfood industry ready products\u201d – $131.2 million (increase by 31.7%), etc.<\/p>\n

In 2010 import of products of the following group increased: \u201cmining industry\u201d – $679.2 million (increase by 25.6% versus 2009), \u201cequipment and mechanisms\u201d \u2013 $655 million (increase by 4.2%), \u201cnon-precious metals and goods\u201d – $368.5 million (decline of 1.9%), \u201cland, air and water transport means\u201d – $309.4 million (increase of 28.1%), \u201cfood industry ready products\u201d\u2013 $309.6 million (increase by 17%), etc. –0–<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
