YEREVAN, February 2. \/ARKA\/. A large number of traffic accidents caused by snowfall were reported in Armenia on Tuesday.<\/p>\n
ROSGOSSTRAKH ARMENIA insurance company\u2019s contact center received 360 calls and was informed about 115 car accidents.<\/p>\n
Pays on yesterday\u2019s accidents may reach AMD 20 million, the company\u2019s press office reported on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
According to the press release, additional reserves were used for serving clients properly, and the company\u2019s representatives were on the scene in 20 or 25 minutes, on average.<\/p>\n
The major crash occurred in Avan, one of Yerevan\u2019s districts, where 15 cars collided. Five of them have been insured by ROSGOSSTRAKH ARMENIA insurance company. No injuries were reported on Tuesday. Tuesday\u2019s night was relatively calm \u2013 only five accidents were reported.<\/p>\n
\u201cFor comparison, the company\u2019s contact center has received 2,846 calls and recorded 796 traffic accidents for January,\u201d the company\u2019s pres office reported.<\/p>\n
