{"id":20624,"date":"2011-03-12T09:55:01","date_gmt":"2011-03-12T09:55:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2011\/03\/12\/232498\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T12:50:20","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T12:50:20","slug":"bank-anelik-opened-new-branch-in-the-armenian-city-sevan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2011\/03\/12\/20624\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cBank Anelik\u201d opened new branch in the Armenian city Sevan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN<\/strong><strong>, March 12. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Bank Anelik CJSC opened new branch in the city Sevan making the number of its branches 11.<\/p>\n<p>Branch \u201cSevan\u201d as other structures of the bank will provide full package of banking services by competitive tariffs.<\/p>\n<p>It includes opening of account, provision of plastic cards, money transfer by the system \u201cAnelik\u201d and other payment systems, deposits, credits for the development of small and medium-sized business, credits for obtaining apartments and its repair, car credits, students and consumers credits.<\/p>\n<p>Bank Anelik cjsc was established on July 9, 1990. It was registered on October 1, 1991 and in October 1996 the bank got general license of CB Armenia N9. Shareholders of the bank are CreditBank S.A.L. with the share of 51%, Samvel Chzmachyan &#8211; 12.25%, Artur Arakelyan &#8211; 12.25%, Armen Ghazaryan &#8211; 12.25% and Galina Voronina &#8211; 12.25%.<\/p>\n<p>Assets of the bank were 60.1 billion drams, liabilities \u2013 44.4 billion drams, total capital \u2013 15.7 billion drams, net income \u2013 29.7 billion drams, liabilities to the clients \u2013 24.7 billion drams as of December 31, 2010. Net income of 2010 was 535.5 million drams.<\/p>\n<p>In 1997 Bank Anelik established its own payment system \u201cAnelik\u2019 which now operates in 63 thousand service points in 90 countries worldwide. Bank Anelik is the only bank in Armenia having an affiliate ban \u201cAnelik Ru\u201d in Russian Federation.
