The bank placed 10000 bonds with nominal price of 100000 drams, annual profitability of 9% (9000 drams per bond) and circulation of 365 days (redemption on January 13, 2010).<\/p>\n<p>CJSC \u201cHSBC Bank Armenia\u201d is affiliate of \u201cHSBC Bank plc\u201d registered on September 1995. \u201cHSBC Bank plc\u201d possesses 70% of portfolio of shares of HSBC Bank Armenia and 30% of shares belong to foreign Armenian investors.
