This is suggested also by international experience,\u2019 he said.<\/p>\n<p>He noted that introduction of insurance suggests that to reduce the risks farmers will have to buy insurances, however, they can not afford it now.<\/p>\n<p>To this end, the prime minister said the government should carry out government-designed programs that reduce these risks, naming for example, the antihail program.
