{"id":23321,"date":"2011-05-19T09:13:29","date_gmt":"2011-05-19T09:13:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2011\/05\/19\/233034\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T12:51:28","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T12:51:28","slug":"one-of-the-highest-inflations-in-cis-fixed-in-the-1st-quarter-of-2011-in-the-amount-of-11-1-in-armenia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2011\/05\/19\/23321\/","title":{"rendered":"One of the highest inflations in CIS fixed in the 1st quarter of 2011 in the amount of 11.1% in Armenia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, May 19. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>One of the highest mid-year inflations in the amount of 11.1 % (compared with 2010) among CIS countries was recorded in the 1<sup>st<\/sup> quarter of 2011 in Armenia, Armenian National Statistic Service informs.<\/p>\n<p>Consumer prices in CIS countries increased in average by 7.7% in the same period.<\/p>\n<p>In March, consumer prices increased by 0.8% (inflation of 0.9%) compared with February.<\/p>\n<p>In the 1<sup>st<\/sup> quarter of 2011 inflation was recorded in CIS countries compared with 2010. Maximum growth of consumer prices was recorded in Kazakhstan \u2013 20.3% and Belarus \u2013 12.5%. Then comes Tajikistan \u2013 12.1% , Armenia \u2013 11.1%, Russia \u2013 9.5%, Azerbaijan \u2013 9.1% and Kazakhstan \u2013 8.5%. In Ukraine and Moldova the prices in the consumer market got higher in the same period making 7.7% and 6.1%. respectively.
