A total of 1,597,430 stocks with nominal value of AMD 10,000 were admitted.<\/p>\n<p>HPRC is one of four energy companies in Armenia, producing more than 80% of the country\u2019s power supply. The gross output capacity of the plant is 1,110 MW, while functioning output capacity is 760 MW. Within the internal market of Armenia the plant has the status of a balancing station, generating electricity for internal consumption only in times of deficit in the Armenian energy system.<\/p>\n<p>The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. is the world&#8217;s largest exchange company. After the combination of NASDAQ and OMX in February 2008, Armex and CDA have become fully owned by the NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc.<\/p>\n<p>On January 27, 2009, \u201cArmenian Stock Exchange\u201d ojsc was officially renamed as \u201cNASDAQ OMX Armenia\u201d ojsc.
