{"id":23604,"date":"2011-05-26T10:19:06","date_gmt":"2011-05-26T10:19:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2011\/05\/26\/233094\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T12:51:35","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T12:51:35","slug":"armenian-regulators-administration-meets-with-founder-of-chiles-private-pension-system","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2011\/05\/26\/23604\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenian regulator\u2019s administration meets with founder of Chile\u2019s private pension system"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, May 26. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Arthur Javadyan, chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia and members of the regulator\u2019s board met with Jos\u00e9 Pi\u00f1era, the architect of Chile\u2019s private pension system on Wednesday, the central bank\u2019s press office reports.<\/p>\n<p>Pi\u00f1era spoke on social insurance in Chile at a conference held in Armenia.<\/p>\n<p>Representatives of the Armenian president\u2019s administration, the government, insurance companies as well as MPs, businessmen, bankers, diplomats, experts at international organizations and members of unions attended the event.<\/p>\n<p>After thanking the guest, Javadyan stressed that some countries had followed the example of Chile in reforming their pension systems.<\/p>\n<p>Pi\u00f1era, on his side, said that the system established 30 years ago is successfully working now.
