The liabilities to commercial banks decreased by 7.2% to more than 81.8 billion drams at the end of May. Other liabilities were said to have fallen by 3.3% amounting to about 113 billion drams.<\/p>\n<p>The report says net international reserves in May were more than 372.2 billion drams, but by 2.5% down from April, while the monetary base was about 489 billion drams reducing by 2.2% from the previous month.
