Armenian Converse bank said it has attracted more than 260 million AMD worth deposits as part of a special time offer Zatik that was organized specially for women from 7 March to 31 May.<\/p>\n<p>The bank told ARKA that deposits were accepted in AMD for 12 months at 12% interest rate.<\/p>\n<p>Last week the bank held a lottery as part of the special offer. The winners got a variety of prizes.<\/p>\n<p>Converse bank makes similar offers on a regular basis. Previous winners were awarded trips to Disneyland, Turin, Egypt, Dubai and Prague.<\/p>\n<p>Some 95% in Converse bank is owned by an Argentine businessman of Armenian origin, Eduardo Eurnekian. The remaining 5% belong to the Armenian Apostolic Church. Converse bank has 28 branches.
