The increase in the number of transfers to Russia is associated with the support of relatives from abroad, the newspaper notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instead, money transfers from Russia to foreign countries in March shrank 11%, compared with the beginning of the year.
