{"id":249330,"date":"2020-04-24T13:22:55","date_gmt":"2020-04-24T13:22:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2020\/04\/24\/249330\/"},"modified":"2020-04-24T13:22:55","modified_gmt":"2020-04-24T13:22:55","slug":"first-mortgage-company-makes-another-issue-of-coupon-bonds","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2020\/04\/24\/249330\/","title":{"rendered":"First mortgage company makes another issue of coupon bonds"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>YEREVAN, April 24. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>The Armenian universal credit organization First Mortgage Company said it has made another issue of AMD and USD-denominated coupon bonds secured by mortgage loans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the company&#8217;s prospectus, published on the Central bank&#8217;s website, 1000 bonds with a face value of 100 thousand drams and 10.5% coupon yield were issued worth a total of 100 million drams.  The company has issued also 8, 0000 USD-denominated bonds with a face value of $100 and coupon yield of 6.4% worth $800,000. The maturity of the issued is 36 months. The issue underwriter is Ameriabank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company first placed its mortgage loan-secured bonds back in December 2017. Two issues of registered bonds were made with a total volume of 100 million drams and $500 thousand at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The First Mortgage Company has been operating in Armenia since May 2004.
