However, even today, in conditions of fiscal instability and lack of budgetary funds, there is no such threat,&#8221; Hayrapetyan said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A state of emergency was declared in Armenia on March 16, 2020 to curb the spread of the coronavirus, and then extended three times.
