A commercial bank paid on average 2.1 billion drams in taxes which was three times more than the average amount of taxes paid by other corporate organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The average profit and income taxes paid by a bank was about 1.8 billion drams &#8211; 8 times higher than the same figure of other organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The list of 1000 largest corporate taxpayers, compiled quarterly by the State Revenue Committee, includes 16 commercial banks. The only bank that was not in it is Artsakhbank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of all taxes paid by the banks, 32.7 billion drams were collected by tax authorities and about 211.4mln drams by customs authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the first half of 2022 the 1000 largest taxpayers paid more than 722bln 325 million drams in taxes.
