Citizens who joined the government-designed scheme made&nbsp;&nbsp;800 million drams worth transactions, up from 440 million drams in July.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ACBA Bank has also joined the scheme along with VTB Bank Armenia, Ardshinbank, Armbusinessbank. The cardholders of these banks&nbsp;are eligible to&nbsp;a refund of 10% of the total amount of transactions, but no more than 5000 drams a month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cashback scheme also applies to utility bills.
