AraratBank will act as an underwriter and market maker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bank said that the bonds will be underwritten through an auction on Armenia Securities Exchange, starting from May 30 till June 2, from 11:00-13:30 daily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The nominal value of an AMD-denominated bond is AMD 50,000, with a total volume of AMD 800,000,000 and a coupon yield of 13% per annum. The nominal value of a USD-denominated bond is USD 100, with a total volume of USD 2,000,000 and a coupon yield of 7.5%.<br>\u201cThe maturity period of both AMD- and USD-denominated bonds is 24 months.
