{"id":250949,"date":"2023-06-13T08:45:19","date_gmt":"2023-06-13T08:45:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2023\/06\/13\/250949\/"},"modified":"2023-06-13T08:45:19","modified_gmt":"2023-06-13T08:45:19","slug":"imf-enables-access-of-about-us24-5-million-to-armenia-under-sba","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2023\/06\/13\/250949\/","title":{"rendered":"IMF enables access of about US$24.5 million to Armenia under SBA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>YEREVAN, June 13. \/ARKA\/. \u00a0<\/strong>The Executive Board of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) completed the first review under the\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.imf.org\/en\/about\/factsheets\/sheets\/2016\/08\/01\/20\/33\/stand-by-arrangement\" target=\"_blank\">Stand-By Arrangement\u00a0<\/a>(SBA) with Armenia, IMF said in a press release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The completion of the review enables access of SDR 18.4 million (about US$24.5 million), bringing total access to SDR 36.8 million (about US$49 million).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The SBA was approved by the IMF\u2019s Board on December 12, 2022. The Armenian authorities continue to treat the arrangement as precautionary.
