We will try to help these people&nbsp;through&nbsp;new collection mechanisms, which will be such that the citizen, having weighed the situation, would come to the conclusion that it is more profitable to repay bank debts,&#8221; he said.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prime Minister noted that a decision on this issue would be taken by the end of the year.&nbsp;&nbsp;Labor and Social Affairs&nbsp;Minister&nbsp;Narek Mkrtchyan noted that the scheme will affect the citizens whose debts range from 100 thousand to 1 million drams. There are about 204 thousand such people and about 85% of them are not officially employed.
