{"id":251178,"date":"2023-11-02T13:46:02","date_gmt":"2023-11-02T13:46:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2023\/11\/02\/251178\/"},"modified":"2023-11-02T13:46:02","modified_gmt":"2023-11-02T13:46:02","slug":"adb-to-allocate-66-1-million-euros-for-repair-and-construction-of-schools-in-armenia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2023\/11\/02\/251178\/","title":{"rendered":"ADB to allocate 66.1 million euros for repair and construction of schools in Armenia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>YEREVAN, November 2. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>The Armenian government has approved today the signing of a 66.1 million euros loan agreement with the Asian Development Bank (ADB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The funds will be used to finance &nbsp;the renovation of schools which are in&nbsp; a very bad state and construction of new ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Minister Gnel Sanosyan said a total fo 46 schools are to be renovated and built as part of a program designed to improve the seismic safety of schools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said 16 schools have already been built within the framework of the program, 19 more are under construction and the rest are at the design stage.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program started in 2016 and will last until May 30, 2026.
