{"id":251291,"date":"2024-01-11T09:23:04","date_gmt":"2024-01-11T09:23:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2024\/01\/11\/251291\/"},"modified":"2024-01-11T09:23:04","modified_gmt":"2024-01-11T09:23:04","slug":"armenias-total-state-debt-stood-at-11-2-billion-at-the-end-of-november-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2024\/01\/11\/251291\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia&#8217;s total state debt stood at $11.2 billion at the end of November 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>YEREVAN, January 11. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>Armenia&#8217;s total state debt as of November 30, 2023 stood at a little over $11.2 billion, having risen by $91.3 million from the previous month, while on December 31, 2022, it was worth $10.6 billion, according to the National Statistical Committee.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over $6.3 billion of the total state debt was the external debt, up $31.5 mln from October 2023, while the domestic debt increased by $59.8 mln to over $4.8 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The government&#8217;s debt increased by $23.9 million to over $5.8 billion. The debt of the Central Bank increased by $7.6 million to $531.5 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of the domestic debt about $4.3 billion were owed to resident holders of government treasury bonds (up by $82.6 million from October 2023) and $522 million were owed to resident holders of government Eurobonds (down by $24.4 million from October 2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Government guarantees were worth $13.1 million (up by $ 1.5 million).
