{"id":251331,"date":"2024-02-05T14:06:15","date_gmt":"2024-02-05T14:06:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2024\/02\/05\/251331\/"},"modified":"2024-02-05T14:06:15","modified_gmt":"2024-02-05T14:06:15","slug":"unibank-issues-amd-and-usd-bonds-with-yields-of-11-and-5-respectively","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2024\/02\/05\/251331\/","title":{"rendered":"Unibank issues AMD and USD bonds with yields of 11% and 5% respectively"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>YEREVAN, February 5. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>Unibank has issued AMD and USD bonds with high coupon yields of 11% and 5% respectively, the bank\u2019s press service said\u00a0in a press release today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to it, the bank issued AMD 2 billion worth bonds and $5 million worth USD-denominated bonds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The circulation period of the bonds is 36 months. Coupon yield will be paid quarterly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bonds can be purchased at the head office of the bank or its&nbsp;&nbsp;branches. The placement of the issue is planned to be completed by 15.03.2024, after which the bonds will be listed on AMX Armenian Securities Exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Armenian Law On Guaranteeing Repayment of Bank Deposits of Individuals, funds raised through registered bonds issued by a bank are considered insured bank deposits and are guaranteed by the Deposit Compensation Guarantee Fund.
