Most likely, a separate platform for Emerging Market Security will be created there, on which all those securities will be listed, which are also listed on&nbsp;the AMX. Thus, we are trying to become a bridge between the EEU and the EU,&#8221; Yeganyan said during the II Capital Markets Armenia conference organized by Cbonds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, he found it difficult to name the exact&nbsp;date&nbsp;, as &#8220;it depends not only on the exchange, but also on the regulators.&#8221;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;I think in mid-summer there will be clarity on the timing. We hope it will be done at the end of 2025,&#8221; Yeganyan said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Armenian Securities&nbsp;&nbsp;Exchange is the only securities market regulator&nbsp;&nbsp;in Armenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Warsaw Stock Exchange (WFB) acquired 65.03% of AMX shares for AMD 873 million (about $2.2 million) in June 2022.
