We are trying to create new bridges to deliver Armenian corporate bonds to international markets as well,&#8221; Yeganyan said during the II Capital Markets Armenia conference organized by Cbonds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to him, the market is developing very actively. Last year the growth of corporate bonds issue amounted to 40%, their volume amounted to $400 million, government bonds worth about $5 billion are in circulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;The Armenian Stock Exchange is the only regulator of the securities market in Armenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Warsaw Stock Exchange (WFB) acquired 65.03% of AMX shares for AMD 873 million (about $2.2 million) in June 2022.
