In late August&nbsp;$6.3 billion was&nbsp;&nbsp;the external debt growing&nbsp;&nbsp;by $37.870 million from July while the domestic debt increased by $91.3 million to over $6,1 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The government&#8217;s external debt increased by $30.326 mln&nbsp;to about $5.8 bln.&nbsp;&nbsp;The debt of the Central Bank increased by $30.326 mln&nbsp;to about $520.230 mln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the structure of domestic debt, $5,591.816 mln (an increase of $91.669 mln) were owed to resident holders of state treasury bonds.
