The funds provided under the &#8220;Simplified&#8221; loan are available without conducting a financial and economic analysis of the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The loan is available for a term of up to 120 months in Armenian drams (AMD) and US dollars. As part of a promotion running until the end of 2024, the interest rate on the loan will be 10% per annum if the amount is provided in US dollars and 15% per annum if provided in AMD. The loan funds can be used to replenish working capital, make capital investments, or refinance existing loans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unibank&#8217;s simplified lending program aims to facilitate access to financing for micro, small, and medium enterprises in Armenia. The &#8220;Simplified&#8221; loan significantly accelerates the process of obtaining funds, allowing entrepreneurs to address business challenges more quickly and effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure comfortable service, the bank invites business clients to visit specialized branches: &#8220;Byron&#8221; (Yerevan, Bayron 1), &#8220;Kentron&#8221; (Yerevan, Kievyan 8, N63), &#8220;Komitas&#8221; (Komitas Ave. 27, building 19), &#8220;Tashir Kentron&#8221; (Yerevan, Khorenatsi 33), and &#8220;Malatia&#8221; (Yerevan, Sebastia 141). The bank&#8217;s specialists will provide support at all stages of service, taking into account the specifics of the business and the objectives set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unibank business clients can also manage their finances online-using the UNIBusiness mobile application for legal entities.
