The Bank actively expands its branch network with the purpose of provision of universal service to the clients.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, Ameriabank has seven branches, four of which are in Yerevan, two- in the regions of Armenia and one \u2013 in Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. By the end of the year the number of branches will be increased to 10.<\/p>\n<p>Ameriabank cjsc is a universal bank providing investment, corporate and retail banking services within the comprehensive portfolio of banking solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Ameriabank cjsc (earlier \u201cArmimpexbank\u201d renamed in May 2008) was established in July 1992 on the basis of the branch of Vnesheconombank of USSR. On September 8, 1992 the bank received CBA license for banking activity.
