YEREVAN, August 12. \/ARKA\/. HSBC Bank Armenia by the results of the 1st half years of 2011 paid 1 billion 942 million drams to the state budget taking the 14th place among 1000 large taxpayers of Armenia.<\/p>\n
Paying taxes over 1.9 billion drams the bank became one of the largest banks of Armenia. The volume of paid taxes by the bank increased by 192% compared to the last year.<\/p>\n
This year direct taxes paid by HSBC Bank Armenia were 1.7 billion drams (growth by 249%). The Bank occupied the 5th place by this indicator in the list of the largest taxpayers. This indicator evidences about the higher level of profitability compared to the last year.<\/p>\n
HSBC Bank Armenia cjsc is the member of the group of \u201cHSBC Bank plc\u201d registered on September 25, 1995.
