YEREVAN, February 12. \/ARKA\/. Viva Armenia CJSC announces the issuance of nominal, coupon paying bonds. The company has issued dollar-denominated bonds with a total face value of $80 million. The underwriter for these bonds is Ameriabank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The funds raised through this issuance will be used by Viva Armenia to refinance loans, cover capital and other strategic costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The face value of each bond is $100 with an annual coupon rate of 7.65% (with a coupon periodicity of 6 months), while the maturity period is 36 months. The placement of the bonds will begin on 12 February 2025 and will last for 90 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The bonds can be purchased online via the MyInvest platform on Ameriabank\u2019s MyAmeria<\/a> application, by visiting any Ameriabank branch and filling out an application order, or by sending the completed application-order form to Ameriabank\u2019s email address: capitalmarkets@ameriabank.am<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After the initial placement, the bonds will be listed on the Armenia Stock Exchange and made available for buying and selling on the secondary market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The prospectus for Viva Armenia CJSC\u2019s bonds was registered by Resolution No. 1\/17<\/em> <\/em>\u0531 of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 22 January 2025.
