{"id":264221,"date":"2025-06-04T16:18:36","date_gmt":"2025-06-04T12:18:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/?p=264221"},"modified":"2025-06-04T16:18:38","modified_gmt":"2025-06-04T12:18:38","slug":"acba-bank-contributed-to-the-construction-of-a-modern-sports-ground-in-goris","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2025\/06\/04\/264221\/","title":{"rendered":"Acba Bank contributed to the construction of a modern sports ground in Goris"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>YEREVAN, June 4. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> In the \u201cHaghtanak\u201d park of Goris, a sports ground that meets modern standards was built in cooperation with Acba Bank, the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund and the Goris City Hall, the bank\u2019s press service reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sports ground is equipped with the latest sports equipment and is wheelchair accessible, which meets the 3rd (Good health and well-being) and 10th (Reduced inequality) goals of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Street Workout Federation was chosen as the partner for the design and construction of the sports ground. The project was implemented with funds received from cashless payments of Acba Bank Visa \u201cBarerar\u201d cardholders, which Acba Bank directs to a special account of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund at its own expense for the implementation of sustainable and promising programs for the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe decided to create sports grounds in Gyumri in Shirak, Spitak in Lori and Goris in Syunik. This sports ground is the largest, as we also have a football and basketball field here. From the point of view of proportionate community development, corporate social responsibility programs implemented in the communities are very important for Acba Bank. In the said communities, everyone who wants to do sports will have a permanent place where they can train and show others by their example how to live a healthy life,\u201d said Narek Asatryan, Head of Public Relations at Acba Bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe boys and girls in the community are interested in a healthy lifestyle and the prospect of being physically strong and healthy. Such initiatives are important for the young men and women living on the border to be healthy in body and soul,\u201d said Irina Yolyan, Deputy Head of the Goris Community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSuch sports grounds have an educational character in the lives of children and youth. It is very important that every child and young person has access to sports from an early age.
