The Armenian ArCa payment system has resumed normal operations, according to a statement from the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;As of 15:25, the ArCa system was fully operational again. Our technical team acted quickly to restore stability and functionality to the system,&#8221; the company said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to a system failure recorded at 11:46 a.m., payments, money transfers, and other transactions were unavailable.
