YEREVAN, September 5. \/ARKA\/. Unibank is taking part in Armenia’s largest international exhibition and sale of real estate and construction, TOON EXPO Yerevan 2025, which is taking place from September 5 to 7 at the Meridian Center. Within its pavilion, the bank will showcase attractive offers aimed at making apartment purchases more accessible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Unibank provides mortgage loans for acquiring residential properties in both the primary and secondary markets without requiring a down payment or income verification. The loan term can extend up to 240 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Additionally, the bank has crafted a beneficial offer for clients holding mortgage loans with other banks or credit institutions who wish to refinance them. The existing loan can be transferred to Unibank with an annual interest rate set at 11.95%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The bank also offers an installment plan for purchasing an apartment, townhouse, or parking space from a developer. The maximum loan amount available is 100 million drams, with an annual interest rate of 0%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Exhibition attendees have the chance to obtain preliminary loan approval on-site at the Unibank pavilion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By fostering extensive collaboration with developers, Unibank is actively engaged in mortgage lending, including initiatives under state programs. In 2024, the bank’s mortgage portfolio nearly doubled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
