The Central Bank of Armenia is set to conduct a public discussion on &nbsp;the draft by-laws essential for implementing the Law on Cryptoassets, which became effective on July 4 of this year, as reported by the regulator&#8217;s press service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Central Bank has introduced the draft regulation titled &#8220;Requirements for the content of the document offering cryptoassets&#8221; and has announced the commencement of its public discussion process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The regulator emphasized that all interested parties are invited to submit their feedback and recommendations on the draft until September 19 of this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">About the Law on Cryptoassets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Law on Cryptoassets came into effect in Armenia on July 4, 2025. This document outlines the regulations for trading cryptoassets, delivering services, and overseeing the market.
