The net inflow of cross-border transfers to individuals in Armenia, received from abroad through the Armenian banking system, amounted to $1.15 billion in January-October 2025, compared to $1.05 billion in January-October 2024, according to a report from the Central Bank of the Republic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thus, this figure increased by approximately 9.5% year-on-year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Moreover, in October of this year, the net inflow amounted to $122.1 million, compared to $160 million in October of last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The inflow of cross-border transfers to individuals in Armenia, received from abroad through the Armenian banking system, amounted to $4.76 billion in the first 10 months of this year, compared to $4.52 billion in the same period last year. Russia leads in money transfers to Armenia with $3.04 billion and the United States with $598.96 million. Russia and the United States also led in money transfers to Armenia for the first 10 months of last year (approximately $2.91 billion and $564.6 million, respectively).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meanwhile, the outflow of individual money transfers from Armenia abroad through the Armenian banking system amounted to $3.61 billion from January to October 2025, compared to $3.47 billion for the same period in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
