YEREVAN, January 19. \/ARKA\/. As of December 31, 2025, Armenia’s total public debt was recorded at $14,531.3 million, an increase from $12,842.2 million on December 31, 2024, according to data from the Ministry of Finance. This marks a 13.1% rise over the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By the end of December 2025, the public debt had risen by 2.3% compared to $14,204.2 million on November 30, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As of December 31, 2025, the total debt structure included $7,036.6 million in external debt (up from $6,454.2 million at the end of December 2024 and $6,800.0 million at the end of November 2025), while domestic debt stood at $7,494.7 million, compared to $6,388.1 million as of December 31, 2024, and $7,404.2 million as of November 30, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In terms of drams, Armenia’s total public debt as of December 31, 2025, was 5,541.7 billion drams, an increase from 5,092.7 billion drams on December 31, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
