Subprogram 3&#8221; program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the decision&#8217;s rationale, the signing of the agreement is necessary to ensure the implementation of the RA Law &#8220;On the State Budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2025.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The document notes that the total need for budget support loans in Armenia, planned to be attracted from international financial institutions, is estimated at approximately $675 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this reason, the Armenian Ministry of Finance has initiated the process of securing a $150 million support loan from ADB, which will be used to finance the state budget deficit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The interest rate on the loan is floating. The loan term is 15 years, including a three-year grace period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>About the Asian Development Bank<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As of October 2025, ADB has provided over $2 billion in assistance to Armenia since 2005, making it one of the country&#8217;s largest multilateral development partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These include projects in transport, energy, water supply, and urban infrastructure.
