{"id":270026,"date":"2026-01-23T13:58:46","date_gmt":"2026-01-23T09:58:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/?p=270026"},"modified":"2026-01-23T13:58:48","modified_gmt":"2026-01-23T09:58:48","slug":"ranking-of-the-most-profitable-banks-in-armenia-by-the-end-of-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2026\/01\/23\/270026\/","title":{"rendered":"Ranking of the most profitable banks in Armenia by the end of 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>YEREVAN, January 23. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>ARKA News Agency has published a ranking of the most profitable commercial banks in Armenia for 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The net profit of Armenia&#8217;s banking system in 2025 was 421.3 billion drams, compared to 363.15 billion drams in 2024 (an increase of 16.01%). Moreover, in the fourth quarter of 2025, bank profits amounted to 113.43 billion drams, an increase of 5.8% compared to the third quarter of the same year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All 17 banks operating in Armenia ended the past year with a profit. Of these, 16 banks increased their profits compared to 2024, while one bank (Araratbank) saw a decrease in profits. According to the ARKA news agency ranking, the top five banks by profitability for 2025 are: Ardshinbank, Ameriabank, ACBA Bank, Inecobank, and Evocabank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ardshinbank became the most profitable bank in the country last year, maintaining its leadership position. The bank&#8217;s net profit reached 137.1 billion drams, an increase of 3.29% compared to 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ameriabank ranks second with a profit of 72.61 billion drams, an increase of 20.96% compared to the previous year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ACBA Bank ranks third, with a profit of 36.24 billion drams in 2025, an increase of 27.76% compared to 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inecobank ranks fourth in the ARKA ranking with a profit of AMD 29.61 billion, up 1.41% year-on-year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Evocabank rounds out the top five last year, with a profit of AMD 21.39 billion, up 46.44% year-on-year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The bank profit ranking is based on the ARKA news agency&#8217;s bulletin, &#8220;Performance Indicators of Armenian Banks: Operational Data for Q4 2025,&#8221; compiled based on Armenian banks&#8217; reports published in accordance with IFRS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To purchase this bulletin and other agency information products, please contact the Marketing Department (e-mail: advertising@arka.am).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ARKA News Agency has published a ranking of the most profitable commercial banks in Armenia for 2025.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":200933,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":"","tstyn_error":""},"categories":[12315,9214,9216],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-270026","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-announces","category-banks-en-en","category-news"],"acf":[],"aioseo_notices":[],"aioseo_head":"\n\t\t<!-- All in One SEO 4.9.8 -
