{"id":270490,"date":"2026-02-10T14:59:27","date_gmt":"2026-02-10T10:59:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/?p=270490"},"modified":"2026-02-10T15:06:30","modified_gmt":"2026-02-10T11:06:30","slug":"taxpayers-will-receive-409-billion-drams-in-refunds-in-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2026\/02\/10\/270490\/","title":{"rendered":"Taxpayers received 409 billion drams in refunds in 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>YEREVAN, February 10. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>Taxpayers received 409 billion drams in refunds in 2025, a 4.2% increase compared to 2024, Eduard Hakobyan, Chairman of State Revenue Committee, announced at a press conference on the 2025 results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The mortgage loan refund stands out in particular \u2013 95.6 billion drams, or 39.4% more than in 2024,&#8221; Hakobyan said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>About the program<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2015, Armenia has been implementing a program to pay off mortgage interest (on new buildings) by refunding income taxes paid to the state budget.
