{"id":270857,"date":"2026-02-23T16:31:02","date_gmt":"2026-02-23T12:31:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/?p=270857"},"modified":"2026-02-23T16:31:04","modified_gmt":"2026-02-23T12:31:04","slug":"acba-bank-places-10-billion-dram-denominated-bonds","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2026\/02\/23\/270857\/","title":{"rendered":"Acba Bank places 10 billion dram-denominated bonds"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>YEREVAN, February 23. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>Acba Bank has begun placing coupon-bearing book-entry bonds through a public offering for a total of 10,000,000,000 (ten billion) drams, the bank&#8217;s press service reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bank will place 100,000 dram-denominated bonds with an annual yield of 10.25%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bonds have a maturity of 60 months. The placement will continue until June 23, 2026, inclusive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bonds will mature on February 23, 2031.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The par value of each bond is 100,000 drams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To purchase the bonds, investors must complete and submit an application to Acba Bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Application for the purchase of bonds for individuals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.acba.am\/files\/Hayt-fiz-andz.pdf\" title=\"\">\u2022 Application for the purchase of dram bonds<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Application for the purchase of bonds for legal entities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.acba.am\/files\/Hayt-irav-andz.pdf\" title=\"\">\u2022 Application for the purchase of dram bonds<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the RA Law &#8220;On Guaranteeing the Compensation of Bank Deposits of Individuals,&#8221; funds raised through registered bonds issued by a bank are considered guaranteed bank deposits and are guaranteed by the Deposit Guarantee Fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bank is supervised by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
