{"id":270903,"date":"2026-02-24T17:56:10","date_gmt":"2026-02-24T13:56:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/?p=270903"},"modified":"2026-02-24T17:56:12","modified_gmt":"2026-02-24T13:56:12","slug":"acba-bank-group-develops-a-transparent-management-system","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2026\/02\/24\/270903\/","title":{"rendered":"Acba Bank Group Develops a Transparent Management System"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>YEREVAN, February 24. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Acba Bank Group continues large-scale reforms of its corporate governance culture to improve management efficiency, transparency, and accountability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the bank&#8217;s press service, as a result, key internal policies have been implemented within Acba Bank Group:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Compliance Policy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Codes of Ethics and Conduct<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Conflict of Interest Management Policy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Reporting Policy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To strengthen governance transparency, Acba Bank Group has implemented a new reporting platform, accessible to all group beneficiaries and serviced by Whispli, an independent European provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whispli enables organizations to create a safe and ethical work environment, providing whistleblowers with complete anonymity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The platform is independent and not integrated into Acba Bank Group&#8217;s internal systems, providing additional protection for whistleblowers&#8217; privacy. The platform is accessible on the bank&#8217;s official website via the &#8220;Reporting&#8221; button. In addition to the online platform, there is also a hotline for notifications: +374 33 35 35 71.
