{"id":270905,"date":"2026-02-24T18:02:27","date_gmt":"2026-02-24T14:02:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/?p=270905"},"modified":"2026-02-24T18:02:39","modified_gmt":"2026-02-24T14:02:39","slug":"investment-portfolio-of-armenian-credit-institutions-in-2025-exceeded-103-billion-drams","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2026\/02\/24\/270905\/","title":{"rendered":"Investment portfolio of Armenian credit institutions in 2025 exceeded 103 billion drams"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>YEREVAN, February 24. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>The total investment portfolio of Armenian credit institutions at the end of 2025 amounted to 103.4 billion drams, according to the consolidated financial report of the country&#8217;s credit institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The investment portfolio is presented based on data from 18 credit institutions out of 41 operating in the Republic of Armenia.<br>As of December 31, 2025, the portfolio structure is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Investments intended for sale \u2013 42.3 billion drams (41% of the portfolio).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Investments held to maturity \u2013 28.6 billion drams (27.7%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Investments in the authorized capital of other entities \u2013 28.1 billion drams (27.2%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Financial investments for commercial purposes (for resale) \u2013 4.3 billion drams (4.2%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The top five out of 18 credit institutions by investment volume accounted for approximately 88% of the total. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The top 5 include:<br>Bnakaran Yeritasardnerin &#8211; 52.6 billion drams<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Global Credit &#8211; 17.5 billion drams<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">National Mortgage &#8211; 9.2 billion drams<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KRIA &#8211; 5.94 billion drams<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BLESS &#8211; 5.88 billion drams<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By investment portfolio share, the most investment-oriented companies are: Garni Invest (the investment portfolio accounts for 56.62% of assets), BLESS (48.59%), Global Credit (38.46%), Bnakaran Yeritasardnerin (26.61%), and KRIA (22.70%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ranking is based on the ARKA news agency&#8217;s &#8220;Credit Organizations of Armenia&#8221; bulletin. &#8220;Operational data for the fourth quarter of 2025,&#8221; prepared based on official financial statements from credit institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To purchase this newsletter and other agency information products, please contact the agency&#8217;s marketing department (email: advertising@arka.am).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The total investment portfolio of Armenian credit institutions at the end of 2025 amounted to 103.4 billion drams, according to the consolidated financial report of the country&#8217;s credit institutions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":156929,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":"","tstyn_error":""},"categories":[12202,9216],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-270905","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-loan-organizations","category-news"],"acf":[],"aioseo_notices":[],"aioseo_head":"\n\t\t<!-- All in One SEO 4.9.9 -
