YEREVAN, April 15, \/ARKA\/. Converse Bank CJSC announces the appointment of Grant Akopian as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of \u00a0the Management Board of the Bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mr. Akopian has served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer since August 2019 and as Chief Financial Officer since February 2017. He joined Converse Bank in 2011 as Adviser to the Chief Executive Officer and has since held a number of senior executive positions within the Bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before joining Converse Bank, Mr. Akopian worked at Corporaci\u00f3n Am\u00e9rica in Buenos Aires. He holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in economics from the University of Buenos Aires and an MBA from Columbia University. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of BACEE (Banking Association for Central and Eastern Europe).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
