YEREVAN, April 22. \/ARKA\/. VTB (Armenia) is seeing steady growth in demand for its small business loan product with a simplified application process\u2014no collateral required, no additional financial analysis required. By the end of 2025, its share of total lending in this segment reached 24%, confirming strong interest from entrepreneurs, the bank’s press service reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The “New Partner” loan product is especially convenient for companies that already have existing loans from other banks: financing is provided based on a positive credit history. The simplified application process\u2014no collateral required, no additional financial analysis required\u2014allows entrepreneurs to quickly obtain the necessary funds and address their business needs promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The loan funds can be used for ongoing operations, debt repayment, and other business purposes, making the product a versatile financial tool for small businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“The product portfolio demonstrated positive dynamics at the end of 2025, increasing by 18% compared to the previous year. Similar growth was also recorded in the number of clients, demonstrating an expansion of the client base and a strengthening of the product’s market position,” commented Evgeny Motovilov, Deputy CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of VTB (Armenia).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to him, the product’s share of total small business lending reached 24%, confirming its high demand among entrepreneurs. Meanwhile, the average loan size remained stable, reflecting its relevance for solving the everyday needs of small businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The product is in demand among clients representing retail, manufacturing, and service providers. This is driven by businesses’ need for quick access to financing for working capital, purchasing goods, and maintaining stable operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The maximum loan amount for the “New Partner” loan is up to 5 million Armenian drams. The loan is provided without collateral for a term of up to 48 months at a rate of 18% per annum (effective interest rate: 19.56%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
