September 17. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Volume of dram deposits in commercial banks of Armenia in July were 258 billion drams, increased by 8.8% compared to June, state the official site of the Central Bank of Armenia.<\/p>\n<p>The share of residents is about 96.4% of all dram deposits (248.6 billion drams).<\/p>\n<p>Till called for deposits in the total volume of dram deposits were 56% making 139.1 billion drams in July. Increase of this indicator in July was 8.6% compared to June.<\/p>\n<p>Urgent deposits of the residents were 44% of total volume of dram deposits making 109.5 billion drams by the end of July (increase of 9.2%).<\/p>\n<p>Volume of deposits in foreign currency in July reduced by 0.7% making about 544.9 billion drams.<\/p>\n<p>As of July 31, 2011 in Armenia 21 commercial banks are registered.
