{"id":272961,"date":"2026-05-13T17:42:38","date_gmt":"2026-05-13T13:42:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/?p=272961"},"modified":"2026-05-13T17:42:40","modified_gmt":"2026-05-13T13:42:40","slug":"ranking-of-armenias-largest-credit-institutions-by-asset-volume-in-q1-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2026\/05\/13\/272961\/","title":{"rendered":"Ranking of Armenia&#8217;s Largest Credit Institutions by Asset Volume in Q1 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>YEREVAN, May 13. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>ARKA News Agency publishes a ranking of Armenia&#8217;s largest credit institutions by total assets for the first quarter of 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The total assets of Armenia&#8217;s credit institutions as of March 31, 2026, amounted to AMD 882.4 billion, an increase of 11.87% compared to March 31, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to ARKA News Agency&#8217;s ranking, the top five largest credit institutions in Armenia by asset volume as of March 31, 2026 were Bnakaran Yeritasardnerin, National Mortgage, ACBA-Leasing, Export Finance, and Global Credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bnakaran Yeritasardnerin remains the country&#8217;s largest credit institution based on the reporting period, maintaining its leadership in the sector. The company&#8217;s assets at the end of March of this year amounted to 203.5 billion drams, accounting for a 23.6% share of the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>National Mortgage is in second place with assets of 135.4 billion drams and a 15.35% share of the sector&#8217;s total assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ACBA-Leasing ranks third in the ranking, with assets of 126 billion drams (a 14.28% share).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Export Finance ranks fourth with assets of 47.8 billion drams (a 5.42% share).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Global Credit rounds out the top five largest credit institutions, with assets of 46.5 billion drams (a 5.27% share). Top 10 Credit Institutions by Assets, Q1 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ranking is based on the ARKA news agency&#8217;s bulletin &#8220;Credit Institutions of Armenia.
